FREE Meditation Support Group

I’m putting together a free meditation group, which will be held every other Sunday, from 11:00-12:00 EST. Basically, we’ll get together for an hour (I’ll probably hang out longer if anyone wants to chat), and talk about our meditation techniques and experiences over the previous few weeks.

- Duration: 60 Minutes (I’ll probably stick around longer in case people want to chat)
- Day/Frequency: Sunday (either bi-weekly or weekly, depending on interest)
